Fiberglass by Dipsy is a fabrication/manufacturing company that deals in both the fabrication and sales of fiberglass items such as planters pots used for interior decoration in different sizes, shapes and designs, swimming pools, furnitures, fountains, storagetanks and every items that can be fabricated with fiberglass.

Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary
- We
are looking for a responsible and proactive Account Officer to oversee the
financial activities of the organization, maintain accurate records,
monitor cash flow and handle statutory financial obligations, including
PAYE and other applicable taxes, levies and remittances.
Responsibilities
- Monitor
the financial activities of the business, including income, expenses,
inflows, outflows and available funds.
- Review
and reconcile financial and sales records, including weekly income,
expenditure and recurring expenses, while identifying and resolving
discrepancies.
- Manage
receivables and follow up on outstanding client payments to ensure timely
debt recovery
- Monitor
and initiate funds requirements for business operations and financial
obligations, subject to the required approval
- Handle
statutory financial obligations, including PAYE and other applicable
taxes, levies and remittances.
- Prepare
regular financial reports and updates for management, provieing clear
information on income, expendture, outstanding debts and financial
obligations
- Maintain
proper financial documentation and records and carry out other accounting
responsibilites as required by management
Requirements
- HND
or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance or a related field
- Relevant
accounting experience is required
- Good
knowledge of accounting principles, financial records, reconciliations,
receivables, expenses and statutory obligation
- Good
use of accounting software and microsoft excel
- Good
communication and interpersonal skills
- strong
attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability
to manage financial activities across multiple businesses
- Must
be willing to take initiative, follow through on responsibilities and ask
questions or seek clarification where necessary
- Above
all, you must be proactive, smart, and be able to work independently
without constant supervision.
Salary
N200,000
per month.
