Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary

  • The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with retail partners, and ensuring our products are widely available and visible in the market.

  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the FMCG landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Target Achievement:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting new clients to closing sales and managing accounts.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Market and Product Management:

  • Ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and stock levels in all retail outlets.

  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and stay abreast of industry trends.

Operations and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.

  • Collect and report on customer feedback to help inform product development and marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the FMCG industry.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
