Job Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with retail partners, and ensuring our products are widely available and visible in the market.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the FMCG landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Target Achievement:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting new clients to closing sales and managing accounts.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Market and Product Management:
Ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and stock levels in all retail outlets.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and stay abreast of industry trends.
Operations and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
Collect and report on customer feedback to help inform product development and marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
