Job Description

  • The ideal candidate is a proactive young female professional, based in Ibadan, with strong communication, organizational, and client management skills.

  • She must be confident with social media handling, open to travel, and ready to resume immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director.

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle client communication and ensure high-level client relationship management.

  • Maintain a strong social media presence on behalf of the Director and the institution.

  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and follow-up activities.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 – 3 years’ relevant work experience.

  • Female candidate, not older than 25 years.

  • Must be open to travel when required.

  • Must reside in core business areas of Ibadan.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in client management and social media handling.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Available to resume immediately.
