Job Title: Internal Control & Quality Assurance Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Control & Quality Assurance Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in monitoring, assessing, and improving quality processes, while ensuring compliance with internal control systems and international standards such as ISO, COHSASA, and Kaizen.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quarterly analysis of Net Promoter Score and other customer service evaluations.
Perform monthly spot checks on clinical and non-clinical processes.
Assess and report patient feedback through visits, surveys, and external audits.
Investigate and resolve hazards, near misses, and incidents on a daily basis.
Monitor and report implementation of Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs).
Support internal quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO and COHSASA standards.
Conduct risk assessments, identify control gaps, and support process improvements.

Requirements
B.Sc./HND in a relevant science discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Internal Control, preferably in the healthcare or service sector.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO, COHSASA, Kaizen, DMAIC).
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
