Job Summary


  • We're seeking an experienced HR Manager with Industrial Relations expertise to join our client team in Nasarawa.

  • As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing industrial relations, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and developing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage industrial relations, employee relations, and conflict resolution

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders

  • Provide guidance and support on HR matters

  • Analyze and resolve complex employee relations issues

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / Master's Degree.

  • 15+ years of experience in HR/IR, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.

  • Proven track record in industrial relations, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 / month.
