Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced HR Manager with Industrial Relations expertise to join our client team in Nasarawa.
As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing industrial relations, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and developing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage industrial relations, employee relations, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders
Provide guidance and support on HR matters
Analyze and resolve complex employee relations issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / Master's Degree.
15+ years of experience in HR/IR, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
Proven track record in industrial relations, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 / month.
