Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Accounting, Finance and Systems Specialists to strengthen our financial operations, reporting, and systems processes.
These roles are integral to ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our real estate and hospitality business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Prepare financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for multiple business units.
Collaborate with project and operations teams to track and analyze budgets for real estate and hospitality projects.
Optimize financial systems, ERP platforms, and technology solutions to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Support audits, risk assessments, and ensure timely tax filings.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA, CPA) is compulsory.
4-7 years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or hospitality finance.
Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
