Job Title: Training And Development Assistant
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Training & Development Assistant to support training operations, proposal formatting, outreach, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate training/event logistics and facilitator schedules
Format and assemble client proposals and presentations
Support marketing campaigns (calls, WhatsApp, digital outreach)
Assist with branding, Canva designs, and basic content editing
Conduct cold calling and digital prospecting for business leads
Requirements
OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Admin, Education, Marketing, or related fields
1–2 years of relevant experience (training, admin, proposal support, or fieldwork)
Skills in Canva, proposal writing, or digital marketing are a strong advantage
Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Salary
N100,000 per month.
