Job Title: Head of National Sales

Job Summary
As the Head of National Sales, you will be responsible for leading nationwide sales strategy, managing teams, and driving revenue growth across all regions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Lead and oversee regional sales teams to ensure optimal performance.
Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution channels nationwide.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
Minimum of 8 years’ progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a national or regional leadership role.
Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of the Nigerian order fulfilment or logistics market and proficiency with CRM tools.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: N500,000 - N800,000 / Month.
Transport / Data Allowance.
Commission on Closed Deals.
