Job Summary

  • As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing business relationships, and expanding the company’s presence within your region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across target sectors.

  • Build, manage, and convert a pipeline of qualified leads to closed deals.

  • Present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue goals.

  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships to drive upsell and renewals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management.

  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills; proficiency in CRM tools.

Salary

  • NGN300,000 - NGN500,000 plus Transport/Data Allowance plus Commission on Closed Deals plus Statutory Benefits (after confirmation)
