Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing business relationships, and expanding the company’s presence within your region.
Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities across target sectors.
Build, manage, and convert a pipeline of qualified leads to closed deals.
Present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue goals.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships to drive upsell and renewals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills; proficiency in CRM tools.
Salary
NGN300,000 - NGN500,000 plus Transport/Data Allowance plus Commission on Closed Deals plus Statutory Benefits (after confirmation)
