It has partnered with numerous government agencies, National and International NGOs as well as UN Agencies in the design, planning, implementation, and supervision of programmes and activities aimed at improving the lives of rural and urban communities.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Field Volunteer
Location: Sokoto (TCDI field and office locations)
Reports To: Project Officer
Job Purpose
Provide hands‑on assistance with community mobilization activities, events, and administrative support for TCDI projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and running community outreach events and project activities.
Support logistics: transport coordination, material distribution,eventsetup.
Engage with beneficiaries and collect basic feedback or data.
Assist with documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
Attend any orientation and training sessions scheduled.
Uphold TCDI’s values, mission, and behavioral standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Genuine interest in community service and development work.
Good interpersonal, communication, and team‑working abilities.
Reliable, punctual, and proactive in assigned tasks.
Basic literacy and record‑keeping skills.
Prior volunteering or fieldwork experience is an advantage.
