Job Title: Strategy / Operations Manager

- Manage own and others' time and productivity efficiently in a high-tempo environment.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience presenting quantitative analysis effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders ranging from founders to investors and experts.
- Understand 'blue-sky' potential and employ effective strategy articulation methodologies.
- Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Strategy / Operation Manager preferably from top strategy houses or Big Four firms.
- Working appreciation of CCA's focus sectors and a track record of leading/managing complex projects.
- Industry experience in leading FMCG/real sector companies, demonstrating responsibility for budget delivery and team leadership.
- Alternatively experience in operations teams of reputable PE/Venture/Investment funds or Prior Ops experience in PE/Africa-focused investment funds.
