Office Assistant Job in Nigeria

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Igbo Efon, Lekki - Lagos


Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • To manage front desk/reception operation ,acting as the first point of contact for quest, employees, candidates and customers/clients
  • Perform general administrative task including answering and directing phone calls, emails and correspondence.
  • Keep the office clean, stocked and organized including the rest room
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office
  • Oversee and purchase office supplies and run errands
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the office staff as needed including organizing team events onsite and offsite.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk
  • Helping to organize and maintain office common areas
  • Providing visitors with necessary information
  • And other duties that may be assigned to you that are outside of your job description.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1-2 years experience.
