Job Title: Faculty / Trainer, Full Stack Software Engineering

Job Summary
- The faculty trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs, equipping aspiring software engineers with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the dynamic field of full-stack development.
- He will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements to ensure maximum impact.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on Full Stack Software Engineering, covering both front-end and back-end development.
- Develop and update curriculum content to align with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Full Stack development.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Mentor and guide students in completing practical projects, ensuring the application of theoretical concepts in real-world scenarios.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools in the Full Stack Software Engineering domain to continuously enhance the quality of training.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create engaging and interactive learning materials.
- Provide support to students in problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting during coding exercises and projects.
- Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment within the classroom or virtual setting.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and industry events to stay connected with the broader tech community.
- Actively contribute to the improvement of the overall educational experience through feedback and suggestions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Must be a graduate with NYSC with proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
- Experience training in a Tech Educational institute will be a tremendous advantage
- 1 - 2 years’ teaching experience in same capacity/training in relevant field
- Must be able to write and communicate effectively with the commitment to deliver top-notch customer service
- Previous experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
- Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, including but not limited to JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular, Python, and databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional carriage/decorum
- The ability to work under pressure & independently.
