Job Purpose: Oversee the
effective management of inventory in various operational activities and ensure
independent investigations are carried out on any irregularities.

Responsibilities

Warehouse operations
- Ensure
compliance of inbound, outbound and stock take activities.
- Ensure
compliance with customer requirements (SLA)
- Ensure
data for inventory KPI is completed.
- Ensure
stock take results are analysed.
- Identify
gaps in inventory management procedures.
- Perform
spot checks on WMS to ensure it is updated on time.
Stock
management
- Verify
successful completion of inventory stock take.
- Review
investigations from stock take discrepancies and approve stock
adjustments.
- Provide
daily, weekly and monthly stock take schedules.
System
management
- Ensure
the good performance on WMS
- Oversee
the verification of logical stock in WMS vs physical inventory.
Reports
- Perform
monthly reporting to operations manager and controllers with detailed
audit report on findings and action plan with deadlines.
Other
- Carry
out all delegated tasks from operations manager.
- Abide
by SOP and QHSE regulations.

Experience
- 3
years’ experience in supply chain or a related field
Diplomas –
Education
- Tertiary
education in either logistics or supply chain management would be an
advantage.
- WMS
experience would be an advantage
- Training
in MS Office suite and other industry related courses would be an
advantage
