in the Construction Industry is looking for experienced, motivated and
technically competent individuals to fill the following 2 positions:
Assistant to
Project Manager
The
position holder shall be responsible for management of tenants, and to carry
out business development to ensure full occupancy of the properties, answering
to tenant issues, preparation of occupancy reports among other property
management duties and responsibilities
- At
least 2 years relevant work experience in a similar capacity
- Ability
to carry out business development to ensure full occupancy of the units
- Experience
preparing reports regarding construction projects
- Experience
managing tenants
Projects
Assistant
The job holder shall be responsible for supervising construction work on site, deputizing the Projects Manager, working in collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure efficient and effective Project completion, preventing / minimizing wastage, preparation of construction reports and trouble shooting on site among other duties.
Requirements
- At
least 2 years relevant working experience in the building and
constructions industry
- Technical
background (Local Engineering/ Technician background)
- Experience
being a team leader and supervising construction workers and projects
