Duties and
Responsibilities
- Attending
to visitors / clients.
- Handling
telephone calls.
- Handling
Emails correspondence
- Tender
documentation and submission
- Performing
secretarial duties
Requirements
- Degree
/ Diploma in Business Administration
- Minimum
three years’ work experience
- Excellent
oral and written communication skills.
- Must
be proficient in Computer Applications-Word, Excel, PowerPoint
and QuickBooks.
- Must
have a Valid Driving License and minimum three years driving
experience
- Self-driven and attentive to details
