Vacancy: Office Assistant
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Attending to visitors / clients.
  • Handling telephone calls.
  • Handling Emails correspondence
  • Tender documentation and submission
  • Performing secretarial duties
Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma in Business Administration
  • Minimum three years’ work experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Computer  Applications-Word, Excel,  PowerPoint and QuickBooks.
  • Must have a Valid Driving  License and minimum three years driving experience
  • Self-driven and attentive to details
