seeks to recruit a Human Resources
Manager who will be based in our Nairobi plant.
The
Position will be reporting to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment,
Selection and Orientation
- Managing
employee benefits
- Performance
Management
- Advising
management on pay and other Human Resource related issues
- Managing
Safety health and employee well being
- Ensuring
Human Resources legal requirements are met.
- Managing
employee relations
- Training
and Development.
- Development
and implementation of policies on variety of work place issues
Knowledge, Skills And Experience Required:
- Degree/Higher
Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Computer
Literacy (Ms Word, Spreadsheet, Power point, Email)
- 5
Years experience in a busy Human Resource environment.
- Good
Knowledge of labour laws
- Ability
to multy task,eastablish priorities, forward thinker and be organised
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skils
