A well-established organization with a multi-national presence seeks to engage with a professional, dynamic and self-respecting professional in the position of:-
Projects Assistant
 
Main Purpose of the Job: To support Organization’s Team in undertaking the Portfolio Performance Review, including the preparation of the final report in line with international and local legislative requirements and standards by both the organizations head office and countries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Undertake desk review of relevant documents related to the Organization’s portfolio in Kenya;
  • Assist in the management of the survey, including finalizing and distribution of questionnaires, pretest questionnaires;
  • Undertake data work, including collection and analysis;
  • Assist in the preparation of spreadsheet items for data analysis;
  • Draft briefs, reports and correspondences;
  • Assist in the management of workshops with stakeholders;
  • Perform any other assignments as may be delegated by the Supervisor, Director or any other Senior Staff
Job Skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; 
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; 
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment; 
  • Client and results oriented with a sense of accuracy and attention to details.
Academic Qualifications 
  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in Economics, Development, Political Economy, International Affairs or Public Administration (with a minor in Economics), and a sound knowledge of socio-economic development issues in Africa 
  • Competence in the use of Standard software (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 
  • Adequate working knowledge with SAP systems will be an added advantage
