Part Time Accounts Clerk Job in Kenya

Our client, an Estate Association, is looking for an able Part Time Accounts Clerk to provide financial services to the Estates management two days a week.
 
Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accounts and assists with general ledger maintenance.
  • Preparation of journal entries, cash and inter-fund transfers.
  • Preparation of vouchers for payments
  • Preparation of accounting reports, balance sheet and trial balance.
  • Reconciliation of creditors and debtors of accounts.
  • Filing of KRA returns and other statutory documents.
  • Recommend procedures for increased efficiency and accuracy.
  • Any other duties as directed by the manager.
Eligibility:
  • Business Related Degree.
  • CPA Part 1
  • Experience: 1 year working experience
NB/ The Accounts Clerk will only work for 2 days a week.
