for Customer service who will consistently provide our customers with a great
service and positive experience.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a
Customer Service department or call centre
·
Excellent people-management,
motivation and team building skills
·
Proficiency in CRM systems and IVRs
·
Willingness to work long hours at
times when the job requires it.
·
Ability to work both hands on and at
a high strategic level
·
Good written and oral English
language skills
·
Right attitude and personality are
key
·
The ideal candidates should be able
to speak English fluently
·
Fluency in French, Germany or any
other foreign language is an added advantage but not a requirement.
·
Ideal candidate should be computer
literate with good typing speed.
·
The ideal candidate should have a
Diploma as a minimum academic qualification.
