International have an opportunity for a Human Resources & Administration Director
(HR&AD) for the Kenya National Office to be based in Nairobi - Kenya.
The ideal
candidate for Human Resources & Administration Director (HR&AM) will
have a proven track record of providing leadership in strategic human resources
management & administration in a large and multi-faceted National office
overseeing a big staff base comprised of regular and temporary staff.
Demonstrated
experience in generalist human resources & administration oversight in the
areas of recruitment & induction, compensation and benefits management,
performance management, managing employee relations, developing and delivering
training to staff including coaching and mentoring of direct reports, HR
information systems, organization design & development, HR &
Administration Policy development and implementation, knowledge of local labor
practice that impact on Human Resources & Administration, Procurement,
Logistics, Security, and Information Technology.
S/he must
demonstrate cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, ethnic and age
sensitivity and adaptability, including the ability to build collaborative
relationships internally and externally. Be able to work with Directors to
assess complex issues pragmatically, define problems, establishes facts,
analyzes situations and makes decisions, and have Strong understanding of
confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources management.
