Canteen Supervisor
Main Responsibilities
- Supervising the back and front office
- Opening and closing stock
- Supervising 15 people
- Ensuring production is well taken care of
- Customer service
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are taken care of
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience as a supervisor in a busy institutional canteen like a school or college.
- Diploma in Hotel Management/Institutional Catering Management from a recognized institution.
