Description: Our company is a national distributor
and aims to introduce a range of the FMCG product in the Nairobi and other
urban families through the sale of high quality, affordable household and
beauty products.
We are the
largest distributor of household products to the Bottom of the Pyramind - BOP
in Kenya.
Reporting to the
Regional Sales Manager and following set operating systems, the Merchandiser
will be responsible for leading and executing direct sales, take orders and
managing product delivery and customer service to our customers.
The successful
candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for
working with direct sales with high levels of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self driven and confident
- A team player
- Drives for results and is action-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage time while paying attention to the details
- Computer skills (email and MS office)
