Centre Representative
Reports to: Head of CATI
Location: Nairobi, Kenya.
Job Purpose: The afriQuest Research Centre is seeking
call centre representatives to join our call center team.
The main focus
and responsibility will be to contact business prospects and conduct market
research telephone interviews/Customer surveys using the CATI system and
inputting the information you receive onto the system.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Graduate with IT skill set (Able to demonstrate technical skills to support PCs, operating systems and applications).
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Quick keyboard skills.
- Polished verbal communication skills (well articulated speech).
- Ability to engage difficult respondents in a friendly and polite manner.
- Analytical, result-oriented, able to perform under pressure and provide excellent follow up.
- A high level of professionalism.
- Well organised and efficient.
- Handles pressure well.
- Self motivated and energetic.
- Previous call centre experience a plus, but not required.
