Our client in the
security providing industry seeks to recruit Guarding Supervisors Urgently to be based in
Nairobi.
Overall Job
Purpose
·
Deployment of Guards
to different assignments based on customer specific needs and nature of the
assignment;
·
Conducting quality
checks on manpower and enforcement of discipline
·
Providing leadership
to guards at first level through setting and enforcing performance goals;
·
Continuously train and coach guards on their work assignment
instructions;
·
Conducting basic security investigations and preserving
evidence;
·
Inspecting guards
at their assignments and ensuring that they are properly kitted
·
Overall supervision of guards
Requirements
·
Minimum KCSE mean grade C Minus or its equivalent.
·
Between 28 and 40 years old
·
Minimum 2 year experience
as a Supervisor
·
Be the holder of driving License class “F”
·
Must have a certificate of Good conduct
