As Sales
Executive you are
principally responsible for bringing sales for all our products such as
Warehousing, Local Distribution, Air Freight, Sea Freight and Road
Transportation business.
Job Description:
·
Actively pursue growth opportunities, by developing new clients
and maintaining good relationship with existing clients
·
Deliver agreed revenue and share objectives on a monthly,
quarterly and annual basis; achieve monthly KPI’s
·
Drive new business growth across all facets of the business in
line with the sales targets/budgets set by the Sales Manager
·
Continuously promote sales activities personally, by developing
and concentrating on new key accounts and developing business with existing
accounts
·
Keep abreast of industry developments and competitors’
activities and implement new business and sales strategies to stay ahead of the
competition
·
Ensures accurate compilation and reporting of operational and
financial information about the customers
·
Achieve a balanced portfolio of business that maximizes
operational efficiency and reduces risk all in accordance to the allocation of
targets set by the Sales Manager
·
Prepare sales plans and reports
·
Conduct customer presentations and details sales/project
proposals
·
Constant communication with new customers, customer support and
the freight management departments about relevant company policies,
departmental expectations and customer expectations
·
Ensure all customer visits, opportunities and any other customer
information are updated with the requirements and expectations
·
Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.
Job Requirements:
The suitable candidate will possess:
·
3-6 years of applicable business development / sales experience
providing solutions in Tradewinds Logistic Freight Forwarding company
·
Ability to understand clients' Freight Forwarding challenges and
structure effective solution
·
Valid Driver’s License
·
Valid Certificate of good conduct.
·
Experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping Sales with proven
track records
·
Possess experience in Freight Forwarding operations and
management with good knowledge in shipping documents and custom procedures
·
Able to provide quote to customers promptly
·
Good understanding on market trend and demand
·
Computer literate
