Tetra Tech ARD,
headquartered in Burlington, Vermont is currently accepting expressions of
interest from qualified candidates for multiple technical positions on the
anticipated Resilience Learning Project in East Africa.
Its objective is
mutual learning and knowledge management among strategic partners leading to a
supportive policy environment and increased impacts of programming on drought
resilience and growth.
These will be
full time positions.

Training and Facilitation
Qualifications:
·
A graduate degree, Masters preferred, in development, economics,
knowledge management, or related field;
·
A minimum of 8 years professional experience planning,
coordinating and driving capacity development efforts;
·
USAID experience preferred;
·
Demonstrated inter-personal, communication, presentation and
facilitation skills;
·
Strong multi-cultural, inter-personal and supervision skills.
·
Demonstrated understanding and experience in developing and
implementing knowledge management programs, facilitating communities of
practice, and conducting stakeholder engagement;
·
Experience in East Africa required;
·
Fluency in English required.
