Secretary

·
Carryout filling, bookkeeping and scheduling of events and
appointments accordingly or as delegated.
·
Handling of Imports and Exports documentations.
·
Maintain a pleasant appearance of the reception area and/or
lobby.
·
Take messages and make sure they get to the appropriate
employees.
·
Direct people to appropriate waiting areas, offices or
conference rooms
·
Accept and sign for packages and distribute mail appropriately.
·
Oversee office deliveries to respective addresses locally and
internationally.

·
The incumbent must demonstrate the following personal
attributes:
·
must be a quick learner to understand the nature of the
business.
·
able to handle difficult situations such as customer complaints.
·
must have positive energy and attitude always.
·
be honest, courteous and trustworthy.
·
be respectful but firm when dealing with difficult customers.
·
demonstrate sound work ethics and stay calm under pressure.
·
must have good communication skills.
·
be efficient, well organized and understand business principles.
Minimum
Qualifications
·
Must have experience in preparing, tracking and registering
Imports and Exports documentations.
·
Must know how to use a typewriter.
·
Excellent computer knowledge for communication and document
processing especially skills on MS-Office packages (i.e. WORD, EXCEL,
POWERPOINT).
·
Relevant experience and/or qualification in administration and
front office management.
·
Good record keeping, filing, communication and document
tracking.
