seeking a talented, self motivated, proactive and skilled individual of high

Job Title: EHS Systems
Administrator
Reports to: EHS
Manager
Job Purpose: To
provide high quality EHS technical and administration support to the
Environmental Health and Safety Team.
Key
Responsibilities
·
Compose and prepare presentation materials and reports including
figures, diagrams, and documents while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and
timeliness.
·
Serve as Emex Administrator for the incident reporting and
action management system
·
Deliver Emex training to all required users
·
Serve as EHS Action Tracker Administrator for actions not
related to incidents.
·
Serve as Administrator for the EHS Risk Register process
·
Serve as Administrator for the Tullow Safety Rules and Tullow
Environmental Standards self-assessments.
·
Administer document control procedures as they relate to EHS
controlled documents.
·
Facilitate, perform data gathering and prepare monthly reports
as required.
·
Provide assistance when upgrading systems or implementing new
EHS systems.
·
Coordinate testing of upgraded/new systems within EHS Team
·
Work with Information Systems Team on resolving system
issues/problems
Requirements
·
A degree with at least 2 years experience in a similar position,
preferably in the oil and gas industry and with EHS, IT or Production/
petrochemical experience preferred
·
Proven competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project
·
Document Management System Experience Preferred
·
Ability to develop and implement robust processes in
collaboration with EHS team.
·
Ability to manipulate large quantities of data from differing
sources, consolidate and present in different formats.
·
Ability to develop new data management systems.
·
Ability to deliver accurate reports within agreed schedule.
·
Ability to understanding and responding to team requirements,
anticipating team needs
·
Ability to assist team members in using EHS systems
