(1) MTC Principal
Job Summary
He/she will be
in charge of MTC administrative functions and will be directly responsible to
the Hospital Director.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Nursing or waiting to graduate (in any of the following fields, maternity, public health, medical nursing, Health management systems, paediatrics)
- Must have 5 years working experience two of which must have been deputising.
- Must have been teaching in MTC Training College.
- Must be familiar with Nursing Council of Kenya requirements.
- Must be computer literate.
(2) Nursing Lecturer
Qualifications:
- Must have KRCHN/DAN/Med.ED or KRCHN with a degree in nursing (BScN/BN).
- Two (2) years post graduation/internship nursing practice and two (2) years teaching experience.
- Must have good leadership skills, self motivated and excellent communication and willing to work under minimal supervision and meet dead lines.
- Must be ready to work in FBO.
