A person selects
a business/industry and NDC walks them from feasibility study through to the
actual operation of the business.
Entrepreneur Recruitment
Manager
NDC is looking
for an entrepreneurship recruitment manager.
The work of the recruitment manager will
be.
(1) Arouse
awareness on the need to start businesses/industries
(2) Educate and
recruit entrepreneurs
(3) Induct
entrepreneurs on the process of feasibility study, pooling resources, startup
and operation of the businesses.
Implementation
officers will take over and give one on one assistance to the entrepreneur
until the businesses starts operations.
The
entrepreneurship recruitment manager will need to be
(1) Be a mature
person between 35 and 50
(2) A graduate
in either economics, finance, engineering or business management.
(3) Have
experience in a development activity.
