(i) Printing & Publishing: bulk printing of textbooks& other Publications, Magazines and office stationeries.

RAK Media has an impressive client list that includes leading Banks, Petroleum Operating Companies, UN Organizations, NGO’s, Commercial Organizations, Private / Public Institutions as well as Central and State Government Ministries / Departments of the Republic of South Sudan and other 

(ii) Marketing of Petroleum Products : Supply and trading in Petroleum Products. TEL has more than 40% of share market in South Sudan for Diesel & Petrol.

(iii) Infrastructure / Construction :Construction of roads, bridges, hotels, office complexes etc.

RAK Media would like to invite Applications from highly qualified personnel with experience to take up the following challenging positions:

I. For Media / Printing & Publishing Division

A) General Manager (Administration)

No of Posts: 1

Qualifications
·                     Master’s in Business Administration from a reputed university.
·                     Diploma in Information Technology.
·                     Certificate in Microsoft Office / Spread sheet and Database Management System.
·                     Consistently high grade in the academic career.

Experience
·                     Proven experience as General Manager in a Media Company.
·                     Experienced in dealing with Top Management of Private Companies as well as Government Ministries / Department.
·                     Support in General Administration of the Company and the ability to take independent decisions.
·                     Good Leadership Qualities with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
·                     Provide general office support and adequate experience in office Management
·                     5 years in General Administration at a Company/ Organization of repute.
·                     Minimum 2 years experience in an advertisement Agency.

B) General Manager (Marketing)

Qualification
·                     Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or B.Com
·                     Diploma in Marketing and sales
·                     Diploma in computer application.
·                     Certificate in MS word, MS Power Point and spreadsheet.

Experience
·                     Knowledge of and proven relationships within the market.
·                     Minimum 5 years’ experience in 2 years’ experience in related field.
·                     Worked as Marketing Manager in a Media Company.
·                     Marketing experience in a reputable organization preferably a Multinational.
·                     Capacity to undertake business development planning activities.

C) Marketing Officers

No of Vacancies: 5

Qualification
·                     Degree in Business Administrations/Management.
·                     Certificate in Microsoft Office / Spread sheet and Database Management System.
·                     Diploma in Marketing/Sales.

Experience
·                     Knowledge of and proven relationships within the market to Knowledge to enable effective marketing.
·                     3 years in Sales / Marketing in any reputable Media firm.
·                     Capacity to undertake business development planning activities.
·                     Sufficient experience in meeting Sales Target.
·                     Willing to take new challenges in growth of business.
·                     Worked as Marketing Officer in an advertisement Company.
·                     Marketing experience in a reputable organization preferably a Multinational.

II. For Petroleum Products Division

A. Manager – Administration and HR

Qualification
·                     B-COM or BBA
·                     Diploma in Human resource management.
·                     Diploma in computer or certificate in IT tools i.e. MS word, MS office, MS Power point. MS Excel.

Experience
·                     5 years’ experience in a reputable firm dealing in major projects.
·                     At least 2 years administrative experience in .South Sudan.

B. Manager Logistics - 1

Qualifications
·                     Degree in BBA OR B-COM
·                     Diploma in Procurement/Logistics
·                     Diploma in Computer or Certificate in IT tools i.e. MS word, MS office, MS Power Point. MS Excel.

Experience
·                     Fleet Management Support and customs clearance of Petroleum Products.
·                     Managing Clearances from City Council and other authorities.
·                     5 years’ experience in senior management/operations
·                     Minimum 2 years’ experience operations division in petroleum marketing company.

C. Office Secretary

Qualifications
·                     General Bachelor Degree in any field.
·                     Certificate course in secretarial management.
·                     Certificate in IT tools i.e. MS word, MS office, MS Power point. MS Excel.
·                     Short –hand type writing desirable.

Experience:
·                     3 years as a Secretary to senior management executives.
·                     III. For Civil Construction Division
·                      

A. Project Engineer (Road Project)

Qualification
·                     BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with Top Grades.
·                     Diploma in Management.
·                     Certificate / Diploma in CAD.
·                     Certificate in Project Management / Monitoring Tools.

Experience
·                     Worked as a Project Engineer for five years as Project Engineer / Project Manager at a Road Project.
·                     Proven experience in construction of at least two major Road project.
·                     Evidence of developing and maintaining operational staff.
·                     Experience is Supporting the project team.
