1 Position
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead in the implementation and review of the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS).
- Assist in the recruitment and selection.
- Assist in Co-ordination of the performance management process.
- Assist in the implementation of the various Human Resource activities.
- Assist in planning and budgeting.
- Assist in training and development.
- Assist in salary and payroll administration.
- Assist in enforcing disciplinary procedures.
- Assist in employee relations management.
- Provide basic counseling to staff.
Requirements for Appointment
- At least three (3) years in the grade of Human Resources Management Officer III or in a comparable position.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from a recognized Institution.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Membership to a relevant professional body.
- Computer Literacy.
- MUST be conversant with Human Resource Management System (HRMIS).
