The Pan African
Graduate Development Programme (PAGDP) is a 12 to 18 month programme designed
to produce the next generation of future leaders.
Barclays Bank is
looking for highly motivated, energetic and competent candidates to undertake
this development programme.
The programme
aims to develop graduates into management and eventually senior management
level positions.
Minimum qualifications
- Completed Masters degree from a recognised University
- No work experience is required. You must have no more than twenty four (24) months permanent work experience (this excludes temporary work during full-time studies)
- Actively involved in leadership and entrepreneurial initiatives
- Below 30 years of age
