Qualifications:
Must have some
accounting back ground
Must be computer
literate
Must have at
least two years working experience in same field.
Must be willing
to work long hours.
Must possess
leadership skills
Can work under
pressure
Must be fluent
in both English and Swahili
Starting Salary: 18K - 20K
Key responsibilities:
- Recruiting, training and motivating your staff
- Doing regular stock-takes and ordering as necessary
- Handling deliveries
- Maintaining the condition of beer and wine
- Overseeing or liaising with the kitchen
- Keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises
- Enforcing health and safety rules
- Adhering to budgets, increasing profits and managing cash flow
- Dealing with difficult customers
Chef
Qualifications
- Able to prepare high quality food
- At least a diploma in relevant field
- Must have at least 2 yrs working experience as a chef
- Must be fast
- Must practice proper hygiene
