Business Manager - Regional
Business Development
Reporting to the
Managing Director, the job holder will be required to develop, lead and
co-ordinate the transformation of our capacity within the East Africa region
and beyond by identifying and developing business opportunities for the
Company’s products and services.
He/she will be
responsible for implementing the company’s business development strategy,
identifying new business opportunities, maintaining key relationships and
negotiating and closing business deals in regional markets.
The ideal candidate
should possess a business degree with a strong marketing background and at
least 5 years proven team management, revenue generation and sales experience.
With the
knowledge of key business development practices and its impact on company
growth, the position holder will support regional team members in identifying
project opportunities and turning them into successful business accounts.
