Female Receptionists
Net Salary: KShs 15,000
Our client is
looking for a Female Receptionist to manage PABX machine, attend to visitors,
manage enquiries and provide secretarial and clerical services to ensure that
these office support services are provided in an effective and efficient
manner.
Cheerfully
receive office visitors to ensure that the visitors are assisted in getting
their queries answered
Attend to all
telephone calls to ensure that all received and made calls are handled in an
appropriate professional manner
Receive
documents from suppliers, as well as, coordinate with the appropriate
departments to ensure timely receipt of supplies
Maintain
inventory of all correspondence including other incoming or outgoing documents
to ensure ease of traceability
Arrange
accommodation and airline bookings for travelling staff and official visitors
to avoid unnecessary delays
Book official
appointments for staff then inform the concerned staff in an appropriately
manner to ensure optimum utilization of staff members’ time
Assist in the
planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, workshops and training
sessions to ensure they are well managed
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Business or Secretarial Studies
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook
- At least 1 year experience working as a receptionist
- Good communication both oral and written
- Must be able to operate a PABX, computers and other office machines such as printers, scanners, fax, copier etc
- Able to handle several calls at the same time
- Able to deal with difficult clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Able to serve several staff simultaneously
- Be professional in communication and conduct
- Have a fast typing speed (with accuracy)
- Able to provide customer service
- High level of attention to detail
- Be articulate and self confident
- Able to multitask
- Confidentially handle information
- Able to follow through with tasks
- Able to handle stress well
- Good organisation and administrative skills
- Ability to adopt a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business
- Must be professional
- The suitable candidate must be between 24 and 27 years old
