Residential Sales Team Leader
Salary: 150K plus
Commissions
Job Role
The successful team
leader will be energetic, outgoing and result driven.
His/her main
responsibility will be sale of a variety of luxury residences locally and
internationally.
S/he will need to
posses good contacts and be able to interact at high level.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- A basic degree
- At least 5 years
sales leadership experience in either real estate or hospitality is
required.
- Training in
sales and marketing is also desirable
- Possesses good
conceptualization skills and be able to assist the sales team to meet
their targets
- Good
interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong planning
and organizing skills including a thorough and methodical approach
- Must be result
oriented and an excellent communicator both orally and in writing
- Should be a
person who is passionate, mature, honest, responsible, enthusiastic to
learn, change oriented and people focused
- Able to work
under pressure and with short time lines, schedule and prioritize
projects, accept criticism and others’ ideas
- Be a team player
who is a problem solver, enthusiastic, highly motivated and able to multi-task
- Have good
communication skills with regard to written, drawn and verbal and
presentation skills.
