overseeing the following specific tasks;-
- Initial
discussion with the client and agreeing on specific requirements of
various vacancies
- Searching and
Identifying Potential Candidates
- Conducting
Preliminary interviews
- Short listing
and agreeing with clients on suitability of shortlisted candidates
- Managing the
Recruitment team
This is a great
opportunity for someone already working in Recruitment as a Recruitment Manager
or as a Recruitment officer.

This position
requires an experienced recruiter, one who has worked within a recruiting
environment, with the following minimum qualifications and experience;-.
- Must have a
university degree in HR / Business management
- 4 Yrs experience
in an intensive recruitment environment.
- Experience in a
Recruitment Agency will be an added advantage.
- Dynamic and
versatile with Essential IT skills.
Remuneration
This position
attracts a competitive package commensurate with the responsibilities of this
role. In addition to a basic pay, this position also attracts a performance
based pay.
