Role Description
- Provides detailed input and assists
in the compilation of Company and BU's strategy.
- Takes accountability for overall
marketing strategy.
- Develops and communicates clear and
executable marketing business plans taking cognizance of the respective
BU's strategies.
- Devises marketing strategic plan and
ensures implementation.
- Devises and implements marketing
plans for customer segments.
- Ensures that marketing
strategy/business plan and targets are aligned with overall business
strategy.
- Oversees implementation of all
internal and external communication plans in consultation with BU's.
- Devises brand integrity in the
organization through communication brand governance within the
organization.
- Manages staff and aligns staff
performance contracts to business plans.
- Engages with BU's to identify and
deliver on opportunities for synergy with regard to marketing.
- Manages key external relationships
as required i.e. government media etc.
