Product Manager
This position is open only to candidates with experience in FMCG product management
Purpose of the position
Main Responsibilities
- To plan,
implement, and follow up product specific promotional activities,
including product demos.
- To ensure to
quality materials production for BTL and ATL programs
- To follow
specified product review, comment on product performance and recommend
advertising routes.
- To check proper
implementation of Point of Use programs and follow up with reports and
program analysis to Good Product Management (GPM) .
- To ensure smooth
and timely financial and administrative document flows for product
projects
- To keep track
record of budget spending as well as review and verify budget report
- To fore cast
sales quantities, plan, prepare and follow up external product and
equipment orders.
- To recommend
pricing and ensure proper document flows for the implementation of
pricing.
- To follow up and
resolve customer complaints, make recommendations for improved service
delivery.
- Analyze and
monitor competitor market progress to identify market threats and
opportunities.
- To maintain
register of in room and other equipment contracted to HORECAs
Required
Qualifications
- Preferably two
years experience in Product Management.
- Sales experience
would be an advantage
- Relevant
tertiary qualification preferable (BCom Marketing).
- Will be required
to conduct trade visits, including the informal market
- Must be computer
literate in MS Office
- Must be a self
starter and able to work on their own
- Must exercise
initiative and work with tenacity
