Kenya is looking for suitable qualified personnel for the following positions:-
Property Manager.
He will be inspecting various buildings and ensuring the buildings and the tenants are in compliance including electrical, plumbing, occupational Health and safety, fire prevention/ First Aid etc.
Qualification and other competencies required:
- Degree / Diploma
in Real Estate or in building maintenance/management;
- Age: 30 – 35
years;
- Minimum 5 years
exp. In real estate or in building management with hands on experience in
electrical, plumbing, occupational Health and safety, fire fighting and
First Aid areas.
- Proactive, Good
communication skills;
- Computer
knowledge.
Purchase Manager.
He will be responsible to
- identify
suitable vendors both local and international, develop vendor database
management, receive and compare quote from vendors;
- making purchase
orders;
- follow up for
timely supply;
- identify new
materials and technology;
- check the
material for quality and quantity;
- check and
process payments;
- shall have good
working relations and contacts of material suppliers.
Qualification
and other competencies required:
- Degree or
Diploma in Purchase/ Material management;
- Age: 30 – 40
years;
- Min 5 – 10 years
hands on experience in purchase preferably from construction and building
maintenance;
- Good
communication skills; interpersonal skill; Negotiation Skills; good
computer knowledge.
Store Keeper.
He will be responsible for
- management of
stores inventory control system.
- Receiving the
material as per Delivery Order and ensuring quality and
specifications;
- Classification/coding
of material;
- stocking;
- Day to day
recording of stores material;
- informing the
status of balance material;
- Disposing of
shelf life material after due date;
- Ensuring proper housekeeping
inside and outside the stores.
Qualification
and other competencies required:
- Diploma or
equivalent in stores management.
- Age: 25 – 35
years
- Min. 3 years of
work experience in stores as store keeper.
Marketing Assistant
He/she will be responsible to generate and attend to the market enquiries for space, explore the possibilities of identifying potential clients for the vacant spaces within the set target.
Qualification and other competencies required:
- Degree or
diploma in Marketing/ sales management;
- Age: 20 – 30
years;
- Ability to work
under pressure;
- Aggressive,
pro-active, planning & forecasting skills; presentable;
- Excellent
communication skills, influencing and persuasion skills;
- Computer
knowledge;
- Min. 3 years of
experience in marketing or any real estate companies.
Accounts Assistant.
He will be responsible to prepare cheques, vouchers, filing statutory reports, accounts payable, bank reconciliation statement, checking bills of suppliers, making entries in tally accordingly.
Qualification and other competencies required:
- CPA Group II or
any equivalent degree;
- Adequate
knowledge in computer operations;
- Min. 3 years of
experience in the relevant field;
- Good
communication skill; possess ability of multi-tasking.
Data Entry Operator
He will be responsible to enter the records in the system; maintaining a log for all the records received and entered.
Qualification and other competencies required:
- Degree or
Diploma in accounts/commerce;
- Adequate knowledge
in computer operations;
- Min. 3 years of
exp. In working as Data Entry Operator;
- Typing speed at
least 30 WPM
- Good
communication skills; presentable.
