Micro Savings & Credit Activity (MSCA) Manager - One Position

- Must have a
business related degree (Microfinance qualification will be an added
advantage).
- Must demonstrate
in-depth of understanding of Micro finance business
- Have a
consistent performance track record.
- Must have
excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and presentation
skills.
- Must have
demonstrated excellent leadership skills.
- Must be a strong
team player: ability to work with teams and independently with minimal
supervision.
- Must demonstrate
initiative, creativity and independent judgment.
- Must be
aggressive, self-driven and results oriented individual who is ready to
take challenges and work on specific targets and timelines.
- Must demonstrate
proficiency with MS Word, Excel and other relevant applications.
