Duties & Responsibilities
·
Coordinate individual life products distribution within the
Agency
·
Ensure that the Agency sales targets are met and surpassed
Spearhead recruitment of high caliber Sales Representatives
·
Ensure that the Sales Representatives are highly motivated.
·
Ensure that the Sales representatives are continuously and
properly trained on the products and set procedures.
·
Ensure business persistency levels as per AKI standards.
Requirements
·
Degree in business /marketing from a recognized University.
·
Those with a course in Sales and marketing will have an added
advantage
·
Superior inter-personal, communication and presentation skills
·
Self-driven and motivated individuals
·
Visionary leadership
·
At least 5 years experience in Sales Management.
