Agency Managers in Nairobi & Nyeri
Duties
& Responsibilities
- Coordinate
individual life products distribution within the Agency
- Ensure that the
Agency sales targets are met and surpassed Spearhead recruitment of high
caliber Sales Representatives
- Ensure that the
Sales Representatives are highly motivated.
- Ensure that the
Sales representatives are continuously and properly trained on the
products and set procedures.
- Ensure business
persistency levels as per AKI standards.
Requirements
- Degree in
business /marketing from a recognized University.
- Those with a
course in Sales and marketing will have an added advantage
- Superior
inter-personal, communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven and
motivated individuals
- Visionary
leadership
- At least 5 years
experience in Sales Management.
