Machine Technicians
Background Information:
Liban Beverage Company Limited and Farjano Water Company Limited
are established Beverage companies in Galkayo and Garowe in Somalia,
respectively.
These companies also produce PET Preforms and Caps for their
operations.
The companies intend to diversify to the production of fruit
juice and carbonated soft drinks.
These companies are in need of knowledgeable, smart and
experienced Injection Moulding Machine Technicians for immediate start.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for machine setting adjustment and machine program parameter.
- Monitoring
of the machine efficiency and perform maintenance when necessary.
- Monitoring
product condition during actual operation.
- Practice
5's inside the company and production area.
- Responsible
for machine start up as per advice by the supervisor.
- Performing
mold cleaning, machine checking (Using check sheets).
- Analysis
of process problems and troubleshooting injection moulding machines
- Other
tasks that may be assigned by the immediate head from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate
must possess at least a National Diploma/ Higher National Diploma in
Electrical Engineering or the equivalent.
- Troubleshooting
of automated filling and packaging machines
- Proficient
in the English Language.
- A
Minimum of one year working experience in the related field is required
for this position. Preference will be given to applicants with previous
experience in the water bottling industry.
Applicants must be willing to work in Galkayo and Garowe Towns
in Somalia.
