The Property Administrator's function may also be tied to the
organization's business.
They need someone to help them run the Real Estate Company.
Duties/ Responsibilities will include;
Duties/ Responsibilities will include;
- Dispersing
information and assisting the property staff
- Manage and keep
track of budgets, projects planning and coordinating meetings
- The managers
should also be able to perform some of the basic functions of property
employees
- They should have
experience in sales and have a good understanding of the property market
- Other duties may
include keeping track of projects and on-going work as well as being able
to plan and set reminders for long-term projects and keep track of sales
records
- Staying current
with activities of the team, clients as well as suppliers
- Be able to
create/coordinate advertisements for web
- Provide support
for the organization
Required Qualifications
- At least Diploma
in Estate Agency and Property Management or,
- Bachelor of Arts
in Land Economics
- Minimum of 3
years of proven experience in a similar position
- Strong planning
and organising skills including a thorough and methodical approach and
ability to prioritise
- Attention to
detail
- Results oriented
