Human Resources Manager 

(Gross Salary 80-100K) 

Our client in the motor assembly industry is looking for a Human Resource Manager whose main responsibility will be putting in place sound human resource activities aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in the work performance results and the development of human resource in the company.

Education and Experience
  • A Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration:
  • Masters in Business Administration or a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
Professional   
  • Must be a full member of IHRM or KIM
Experience   
  • At least 5 years in Human Resources: 2 in a senior position.
Key skills and qualities   
  • Have well-developed communication (written/verbal), interpersonal and facilitation skills including the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels in a variety of situations.
Specific Job Knowledge and Abilities:
  • Thorough Knowledge of the Kenya labour laws
  • Tact and diplomacy: Ability to lead and instil sense of general discipline
  • Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
  • Have the ability and initiative to work in a dynamic, high profile environment.
  • He/she must have the ability to present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets etc.
  • Age 30-35 years
