Duties
- Supervision of
the water and juice department
- Carrying out
online analysis of the water and juice in production
- Maintains work
flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables;
observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and
resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing
reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions
within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of
cooperation within and between departments
- Completes
production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work
results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules;
resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift
production summaries
- Creates and
revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices,
record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel
requirements; implementing change
- Maintains safe
and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use
of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance
with established policies and procedures
- Carrying out
calibrations activities of equipment used
- Run quality
check son the production line
- Preparation and
assignment of duties to staff in the production floor
- Ensure that good
manufacturing and hygiene practices are followed at all times
- Ensure that the
Health and Safety of the workforce is enforced at all times
- Communicate with
Warehouse Supervisor\logistics Manager for the transfer of the goods from
production floor to Stores
- To carry out any
other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Degree in Food
Science & Technology
- 3 years
progressive working experience in FMCG firm
- Computer
literate-working knowledge of MS-Office
- 2-4 years progressive
working experience in a busy organisation

- Any other duties
that may be assigned from time to time by the management
Qualifications
- Degree in Food
Science & Technology with 3 years progressive working experience in
FMCG firm
- Computer
literate-working knowledge of MS-Office
- 2-4 years
progressive working experience in a busy organisation
