Our client seeks to recruit a Senior Policy Officer Economic &
Agricultural Affairs responsible for policy development and advice on agricultural
issues and manage field projects
- Must have
commercial background
- Have knowledge
on economic and agricultural issues in Kenya
- Must have
master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Have ability to
work in a multicultural environment
- Experience
working in the private sector and with government are an added advantage
- Must be
proactive and independent
Duties:
- Policy
development on agricultural and economic issues
- Advising
management on new policy or ways of implementing policies
- Reporting on
policy issues regarding agribusiness, agriculture and economic policy developments
- Managing of
several projects on PSD/ food security
Salary: Ksh. 300K – 450,000 depending on experience
